APC Cement (African Power Cement) has been made aware of individuals fraudulently using our company name to promote products we do not make and to solicit business we have not authorised. This page sets out what is genuine and how to verify any dealing with us.

APC is not associated with “Apex Titan” cement
We do not manufacture, distribute, endorse or have any connection to a product marketed as “Apex Titan” cement, or to any similarly named brand. Any advertising, product image, price promotion or quote request that links this name to APC Cement is not from us and is not authorised by us.
Our only genuine products
APC Cement manufactures two cement products, both produced to SANS 50197-1 (EN 197-1) standards at our facility in Westonaria, Gauteng:
APC Super 40
General purpose cement, 32.5N strength class.

How APC Cement operates
We will never
- Request payment or deposits into a personal bank account.
- Ask you to pay a fee to "release" or "confirm" an order or load.
- Solicit transport quotes under a product name other than APC Super 40 or Super 30.
- Contact you only from a personal number with no link to our official channels.

- Calling our main office directly on 011 987 6320.
- Emailing sales@apccement.co.za before acting on any request.
- Confirming any quote or instruction against the contacts listed below.
- Treating urgency, secrecy, or unusual payment requests as warning signs.
Our official contact channels
These are the only legitimate ways to reach APC Cement. Our registered facility is at the Corner of N12 Highway & Beverley Road, Westonaria, Gauteng, 1779. If someone claims to represent APC but does not appear here, please verify with us before proceeding.
If you have been approached by an imposter
- 1Do not make any payment or share banking or personal details.
- 2Keep all evidence: messages, phone numbers, emails, images and documents.
- 3Verify directly with APC Cement using the official contacts above.
- 4Report the matter to the South African Police Service (SAPS).
- 5Report the impersonation to the Southern African Fraud Prevention Service (SAFPS).
